Approximately 15,000 IU Vitamin D per teaspoon.

Suggested Use:

Adults take 1-3 teaspoons daily or as recommended by your practitioner. Children under 10 take 1/2 - 1 teaspoon daily or as recommended by your practitioner. Dose according to need.
