Refund policy

We have complete confidence in our products and their effectiveness. We have seen it change and help countless lives for the better. Our return policy is for transparency and legal reasons, not a reflection of us not trusting our own products.

  • No returns on opened products (for safety reasons)
  • Returns accepted on unopened/sealed products within 30 days
  • Refunds for defective or damaged products
  • Shipping is non-refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your shipment shows up damaged we will require photo evidence of the state of the box and the product in order to file a claim. Those images can be sent to us here.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
