Goldenseal Root contains the active compounds berberine and hydrastine, which have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Studies suggest Goldenseal Root can improve digestive health and is a natural antibiotic and immune system booster.

Suggested Use:

Adults - add 1 tablespoon to 3 quarts of water and drink throughout the day.  Do this for 8 days or take as recommended by your practitioner.

Children under 10 - take 1 teaspoon in water.
