America is the only country in the world where a massive percentage of the population has a big belly. Why is that? We are about to explain what causes big bellies, what it does to our health, and what it takes to get rid of it.
Hormones Effect Belly Fat Storage
The first thing you need to understand is the difference between fat that accumulates in the belly and fat that distributes evenly across the body. The fat distributed across the body occurs when we eat more food than the body needs for fuel and maintenance, so the body stores the extra as high quality energy for later.

Food Choices For The First 30 Days
The first thing to do each morning is weigh yourself. Successes come in small increments, but your body will show your truth everyday. Weighing ourselves reminds us to keep going. Also, don’t expect to lose weight everyday. Some days you won’t, even if you were completely perfect the day before.
Start your day with a small glass of water, 1 capsule of your HX Formula and 4 - 6 Body Food. If you drink coffee or tea in the morning, go ahead and do that next.
Now let’s talk about what to eat. This part is absolutely essential! Do not mix food types! Eat only one type of food at each meal. When you eat only one food type at a meal, it is easy for your body to know when it’s had enough. When you mix food types, it fools your system into eating too much and sabotages your success.
Fruit type meals can include apples, grapes, cherries, blueberries, bananas, mango’s, melons or any kind of citrus. You can have as much as you like as long as it’s fresh.
Vegetable type meals can include any kind of salad made with broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, cauliflower, cucumber, spinach, collard greens, brussel sprouts, radishes, and or kale. This is not the time for corn or any kind of grain products. You can use any kind of salad dressing you like as long as it doesn’t have sugar. You can eat as many raw vegetables as you like every day and your belly will continue to fall off.
Meat or protein type meals can include up to 16 oz of any kind of meat or as many as 5 eggs. You can use all the salt and spices you like, but don’t use any kind of sauces or rubs that contain sugar. You can eat high protein foods like cheese, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews or pumpkin seeds instead as long as they don’t have any sugar or sweeteners added to them.
Any of these food options work for any meal. Pick and choose what you eat according to what sounds good. I often have broccoli salad or fruit for breakfast. My wife thinks I’m nuts but I know what I like!

You can have a whole cheat day every week where you eat as much of whatever you want all day long. Hard core cheating once a week actually boosts your metabolism and amps up your fat burning! It’s not uncommon to lose more weight on cheat day, but that only occurs if you limit your cheat days to once a week.
